We are taking every measure to ensure the well-being of our guests and employees. We are adhering to the Hoseasons Safer Stays initiative and are VisitScotland Good to Go certified, so you can be sure to book in confidence. Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance will be temporarily suspended to ensure that you and your family are safe. However, where facilities can be safely operated, they will remain available.

What do I need to know before arriving?

Please check out the latest Scottish Government travel restrictions & guidelines before you set off.
We recommend you download the 'NHS Protect Scotland' app before travelling to Argyll.
We also recommend downloading the Argyll Holidays app - which contains your Welcome Pack information, and ability to book facilities, order takeaway online.
Only one person from your family needs to go into reception to check-in.
Hand sanitiser is provided at the entrance and throughout our venues.
Please wear a facemask in all indoor public areas.
We will ask for your details for Track & Trace.
Remember to keep your distance from others while on the holiday park.
Check-out is easier than ever - simply deposit your key in the checkout box at reception.

What new norms can I expect?

You can be assured that our venues have enhanced cleaning procedures, including daily fogging of complexes.
Your accommodation cleaner has been given extra time to thoroughly clean before you arrive. This includes all main surfaces being sanitised using anti-viral disinfectant.
Heavy use items (such as remote controls and door handles) will be sanitised between each check-in.
Public service desks such as reception or the shop have Perspex screens installed.
You will notice that your accommodation looks a little emptier than before. We have removed all non-essential items such as cushions, throws, toiletries, countertop utensils, ornaments & knife blocks.
To avoid contact we will not tidy hotel rooms daily unless requested. If requested, please vacate the room during the cleaning time.
All marketing materials have been removed from your accommodation and replaced with posters in acrylic holders to allow them to be cleaned. The first is the Wi-Fi guide to help you get online, and the second promotes our app.
We have created an Argyll Holidays mobile app to make your stay as paperless as possible. It is your all-in-one guide to your holiday.

What if I feel unwell?

If guests who are isolating can travel home safely to isolate, avoiding the use of public transport, they should do this. In the event that this is not possible, the guest should discuss this with the NHS Test and Protect team. You can call the National Assistance Helpline on 0800 111 4000 if you need help to isolate and cannot arrange it themselves or through friends and family.

You must not travel to Argyll if you or your household have had symptoms in the last 7 days.
While on holiday if you have symptoms please phone reception to inform us and keep away from others.
You should make your way home immediately.
Write a list of anyone you have been in contact with over the last 48 hours.
Book a COVID test online.
You should self-isolate at your primary residence for 10 days.

What facilities can I expect?

Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe.
This could affect the swimming pool and indoor entertainment venues.
Where facilities can be safely operated - like our wide range of takeaway options, supermarket, and laundrette services - they will remain available.
