Sous Chef

Argyll Holidays Cove UK are busy recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our amazing team at Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village located in stunning Lochgoilhead to help lead our Kitchen Team, whilst helping to manage all food aspects of our restaurant, The View, as well as our popular DCs Takeaway.

This role includes assisting with the Kitchen operation to ensure that all set targets are achieved, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the operation ensuring that customer expectations are always exceeded by providing high quality food and service, delivered in a timely manner whilst appreciating cost efficiency.
