MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the Reception team and ensuring the provision of an efficient service to owners and holiday-makers.
Ensuring check-in, check-out and cash handling procedures are ingrained in the team through training, coaching and ensuring understanding.
Maintain a staffing rota to ensure staffing levels meet the needs of the business/opening hours
Liaise with other departments regarding maintenance and housekeeping
Ensure team understanding of sales promotions on behalf of holiday home sales, holiday reservations, Go Active activities and Food & Beverage.
Oversee health and safety of Reception operations.
Use of computerised holiday park management system.
Carry out regular team meetings and one to ones.
Positive professional with good customer service skills and the ability to multi-task
Thrives on dealing with customer queries

Have the necessary skills, knowledge and attributes to work flexibly and autonomously within a fast moving and changing environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are essential as there will be extensive contact with internal and external clients and suppliers

Ability to use own initiative and able to work as part of a team.
Willing to take ownership and responsibility for own actions and duties
IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
