Our Holiday Sales Contact Centre is the first point of contact for our customers by phone or online. 

The Reservations team are always happy to help our new and returning customers make direct bookings by phone or internet and to assist them in their choosing from our full range of parks and accommodation. 

As Team Leader you will take responsibility for the revenue generated by Holiday Sales, both via the contact centre team and front line Reception.   You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, E-Commerce and Reservations, you will already have experience of leading a team within a target-driven environment and be familiar with the reporting requirements,  KPIs and management tools used in creating a truly customer-focused environment.

A natural leader, you will also have experience in motivating and mentoring team members, ensuring that upselling and cross-selling opportunities are being managed, that individuals are developing their sales and customer service skills to drive revenue and helping them meet their individual targets as part of the overall team goal.

Working a standard 40 hour week this will include a mixture of days and evenings, weekdays and weekends.     In return we can offer a competitive salary and excellent commission structure, free pool & gym, staff discounts, pension and perks.
