Argyll Holidays will leave you feeling magical this December

Argyll Holidays will leave you feeling magical this December

Argyll is simply special over the festive season - it’s the perfect location for a family holiday, or for a group of friends to get away for a short break. Here’s why…

  • Meet Santa and his Reindeer
  • Festive Food & Drink
  • Enchanted Trails

1 - You get to meet Santa

Yes, that’s right. We’ve secured the big man on an exclusive deal, bringing him to Hunters Quay across the month of December, whenever it fits his busy schedule! Santa’s Grotto is located in the Fun House, and it’s just £5 which also includes a small gift from Santa, and access to the soft play.

2 - There’s no Santa without Reindeer

A herd of Santa’s Reindeer will be making their way from the North Pole to Drimsynie Estate on the 23rd December.  We’ll be making them feel right at home in our Winter Wonderland, and we’re offering the opportunity to meet them (completely free of charge, of course), before they head out to pick up Santa for ‘the big delivery’.

What’s more, our elves will be serving up some delicious hot chocolate to keep everyone warm!

3 - We’re blessed with enchanted trails

Argyll is well-known for the outdoors; with a host of walks and trails to explore in the local area. You’ll be spoilt for choice with our enchanted forestry routes, with some incredible panoramic views over the dramatic landscape.

4 - There’s Festive Food & Drink

The onsite restaurants at Argyll Holidays serve delicious food and drink all year round, but there’s just something extra special about putting those Christmas Menus on the tables.  Save yourself the hassle of worrying about fitting that turkey in the oven (and not overcooking those Brussels), and let our experienced chefs prepare your Christmas dinner.

5 - Swing with Bing (Crosby) or Rock out with Meatloaf

With an action-packed entertainment schedule over the festive period, there really is something for everybody. We’ve a host of tribute nights, featuring the best acts in the country, as well as our regular cabaret evenings featuring a variety of male & female vocalists. Add to this our Family Game Shows, Bingo, Karaoke, and
Kids Disco with everybody’s favourite squirrel (Rusty), and you won’t be left bored!

6 - You can relax in a Hot Tub, Under the Stars

Imagine sitting in your own private hot tub, with snow on the mountains* and a luxurious lodge waiting for when you get out. A hot tub lodge is the ideal way to unwind, and on a clear night it makes for the perfect opportunity to sit back and watch the stars.
