Will tickets be valid for the new date?
Yes, all tickets will automatically move over to the new date, you won’t need replacement tickets.
Are tickets refundable?
Yes, if you are unable to make the new date then you will receive a full ticket refund from point of purchase. TicketWeb, Skiddle & Ticket Scotland are currently contacting all ticketholders to make them aware of this. If you purchased your tickets from Drimsynie Estate Reception, then please email email@example.com. All refund requests must be received by 5pm on Monday 14th September 2020. By committing to the next year’s festival, you are ensuring the survival of Gig in the Goil, and we’re planning a special thank you for everyone who retains their tickets.
Will the line-up be the same?
We are working with all our artists & bands to move them over to the new date wherever possible – at the moment more than 85% of our confirmed line-up will be playing the rearranged date including headliners Trail West, Heron Valley & Face the West. We would like to put on record our gratitude at the cooperation from both the artists and suppliers with regards to moving date so swiftly.
I am booked into onsite (Argyll Holidays) accommodation for GITG, what do I do?
If you have accommodation booked for October this year, then our reservations team will give you a call in the coming days to move your booking over to the new date, for no additional charge. Where possible, this will be the same accommodation type, however on the off chance the accommodation isn’t available, our team will provide you with suitable alternatives.
If you cannot make the new date, then you are more than welcome to keep your accommodation booking, our team will discuss this with you. Alternatively, we will be happy to offer you an Argyll Holidays gift card (valid at any of our stunning holiday parks), or a full refund.
As we are extremely busy, we would kindly ask that you wait for our team to call you regarding accommodation. All our holiday homes are currently ‘blocked out’ for that weekend, with priority bookings for existing guests, so you don’t have to worry about them selling before we contact you.
I have booked offsite (non-Argyll Holidays) accommodation, how am I affected?
If you were booked into local accommodation not operated by Argyll Holidays, then please contact your accommodation provider to discuss further. With all tickets moving over to the new date, you will still be guaranteed entry to the event.
