We are delighted to welcome Clann An Drumma to Gig in the Goil ’16.  Famous for bringing Scottish tribal music to worldwide audiences, the band are well known for their energetic live performances, and have recently released their 5th studio album "Bloodline". We can't wait to bring them to Lochgoilhead shores!

Joining them will be Glasgow Indie Pop act Patersani.  Dubbed "The most exciting Scottish prospect since Fatherson", the 4-piece band have made numerous TV & Radio appearances, as well as playing sell-out shows at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut + O2 ABC. They are tipped for big things over 2016, and will grace our Main Stage.

Since their performance at our Scottish Supper, Gaberlunzie have been in high demand and we’re thrilled to welcome Robin & Gordon back for exciting blend of modern and traditional songs. With 25 albums, as well as thousands of live shows and television appearances both at home and abroad, they have a wealth of experience, and will go down a storm at Lochgoilhead’s first summer festival.

Hailing from Dundee, the Graham Brown Band are comprised of five top musicians with experience of playing across Europe.  With their highly-anticipated second album set for release this year, the bagpipe-infused Celtic Rock band create an essential party atmosphere are sure to get the crowd on their feet.

No Argyll Festival is complete without a traditional West Coast offering, and we can’t wait to welcome Dún Mór to Gig in the Goil for our closing ceilidh.  The popular five-piece – hailing from Tiree – have been highly tipped from across the industry, and will be performing all the well-known dances with box, fiddle, guitar, bagpipes & drums.

Completing the line-up so far, are local outfit Ri Chéile – who perform a rich variety of traditional songs, and Begbies frontman Gary Ovens – no stranger to Lochgoilhead with his mix of original material, covers & singalongs!
