Usually a minimum 10% deposit is required, though from time to time we have special offers which can reduce this.

Once you’ve paid your agreed deposit, you can pay for the remainder on finance over a period of up to 10 years, depending on the age of the holiday home.
If you wish to finance your holiday home through Santander we can arrange a no obligation quote. With just a few details, we can give you an answer within a few hours. This would be just 10% deposit, and a fixed rate APR of 9.6% on brand new holiday homes.
You can afford your dream holiday home by spreading the cost over a period of anything from 12 months to 120 months, the decision is yours.
The price of the holiday home includes the following:
• A plot of your choice within your chosen holiday park
• Sited and connected to all services on your chosen plot, e.g. gas, electricity, water supply
• Fully valeted
• Gas and electric tested
• Access to all park facilities and Owners discount card If you wish to add UPVC decking to your holiday home we can discuss options and give you a quote from our approved suppliers.
Site fees vary from park to park – the sales team will be able to supply all the information you need on your preferred park/s. Site fees cover park security, maintenance, landscaping, refuse collection, lighting and grass cutting as well as annual reinvestment back into the park to ensure they remain the beautiful and award-winning parks that they are today. It also gives you access to use the great facilities across all of our parks – for example the swimming pools at Drimsynie Estate and Hunters Quay.

As well as the annual site fees you will need to take into consideration other costs in respect of your holiday home. Local authority rates which vary from park to park and range from £350 to £500 per annum. Utilities, i.e. gas and electricity these are metered and billed on a regular basis. Also just like your own home or car you need to insure your holiday home, we can put you in touch with our preferred insurance provider or, alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own insurance.
