Mountain Biking near Loch Lomond

If there’s one thing for sure it’s that Argyll is mountain biking country! The Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park is ideal for exploring on two wheels.

Not bringing a bike with you? Not a problem – bike hire available from our friends at Cruise Loch Lomond – give them a call 01301 702356 or speak to us at the reception of Loch Lomond Holiday Park and we’ll help you arrange bike hire with our local partners.

Nearby routes we recommend include the West Loch Lomond Path, the Coilessan Loop and the Glen Loin Loop – there’s something for all abilities between those three! For details read our blog posts below.

It is possible to cycle the majority of the Loch Lomond and Cowal Way (57 miles) though many prefer to tackle a chunk of it, such as Ardgarten to Inveruglas, or Glendaruel to Strachur.
