Core-Fit Classes & Loch Dips

Coming in Spring 2023. We have partnered with expert wellness coach Lorraine to offer Core-Fit classes with optional Loch Dips plus dedicated Wim Hof Workshops to you. A qualified fitness instructor, nutritionist and Wim Hof instructor, wellness has always been Lorraine’s passion. Her career is primarily focused on helping people to feel better within themselves. 

Core-fit is a non-impact mat-based exercise regime designed to tone, strengthen and increase suppleness. It is a  blend of yoga stretching, pilates and strength & conditioning exercises which is kind to your joints and suits all ages and fitness levels. Combine this with an optional Loch Dip as expert Wim Hof Qualified Lorraine will allow you to connect the breath and the mind and guide you into the Loch for the ultimate cold immersion experience where she will introduce the benefits of Wim Hof breathing and cold exposure.
